Fusion was handpicked by Titan Property Developments to undertake the complete design and specification of the tender for the conversion of a commercial building into 19 luxurious residential units. Our expertise and attention to detail were recognised, and we were subsequently appointed as the electrical installer. We delivered our package on time, exceeding expectations. Our scope of work included managing the application of new supplies by the DNO into the building, distributing power to all flats, providing full domestic installations to flats and communal areas, installing video door entry and CCTV, and supplying power for the three-phase lift. We executed the project with precision and professionalism, ensuring that every aspect of the electrical installation was completed to the highest standards
