Pilgrim House – Southampton

Fusion was chosen by Titan Property Developments to fully design and spec the works for tender, which involved a complete refurbishment and conversion of an existing 3 storey commercial building into 22 residential units. Additionally, we were tasked with designing a new build 2 storey extension containing an additional 22units for phase 2.Our team was confident in our abilities and successfully delivered our electrical installation package for both phases. Our scope of work included managing the application of new supplies by the DNO into the building, distributing power to all flats, providing full domestic installations to flats and communal areas, installing video door entry and CCTV systems, supplying power for the three-phase lift, and installing AOV and smoke shaft controls.
